The SmartVista Front-End Voice Authorisation subsystem is designed for use in Issuer's Voice Authorisation Centres.

The following transaction types are supported:

Bonus transactions are special transactions that can be initiated by a bank officer to promptly change the Available Balance of a card account without changing the Ledger Balance. This feature allows the bank additional flexibility when dealing with its customers, so that the available balance can be either immediately increased with a Credit Bonus, e.g., as a value-added emergency service to customers in distress, or decreased with a Debit Bonus, e.g. when signs are detected of fraudulent activity with the card.

Both Credit and Debit Bonus transactions can be Short and Long. A Short Bonus will change the Available Balance for the current settlement day, while a Long Bonus will remain in effect for several settlement days.
