Patrick Mowatt – Appointed Business Development Executive, BPC MEA

Rotterdam, The Netherlands, 24 January 2012 – BPC Banking Technologies, the leading provider of Open System e-payment solutions for the global financial industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Mowatt as Business Development Executive, Africa. Patrick will be responsible for strengthening the company's business and growth focusing on selected countries within Sub-Sahara Africa.

Patrick brings in excess of twenty years sales and sales management experience. Patrick is a payments industry expert with extensive management and business development experience in the banking, telecommunication and retail industries.

Before joining BPC he was the CEO at Loita Transaction Services, which included Kenswitch (Kenya), EFT Corporation, Zamlink (Zambia) and Zimswitch (Zimbabwe). Earlier in his career Patrick held sales and business development positions at S1 Corporation, Phoenix Global Solutions, Business Connexion and Denel Informatics.
