SmartVista Back-Office comes with more than 100 Standard Reports that have been designed using the Oracle Reports tool, so the bank can pick and choose which of them to run to meet their needs. Custom designed reports may also be ordered, and BPC will be happy to provide them for a reasonable additional charge.
SmartVista Back-Office Reports fall apart into two distinct categories: Ad-Hoc Reports and Persistent Reports, depending on the production method. Another classification of the SmartVista Back-Office Reports is by their purpose. Roughly, SmartVista Reports are divided in three major categories: Statutory Reports, such as those required by the Central Bank or other regulatory bodies; Management and Operations Reports, such as those needed to support internal reporting requirements and business processes within the organisation; Audit Reports, with the main focus on Card Scheme reporting requirements. The Standard Report set supplied with the SmartVista Processing solution includes all reports required by the major Card Schemes as of the date of publication of this document, and BPC is keeping in touch with Card Schemes to ensure that whenever new requirements emerge, reports to support them should be designed and made available to its customer base in a timely manner.
