The SmartVista Processing solution provides out-of-the box support for all major international plastic card standards, such as Visa International, Europay/MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB, and for some regional card schemes such as UnionCard and STB.

This support includes

the ability to understand and generate all message types used in these card schemes in the authorisation and clearing cycle, including dispute related messages
the algorithms and logic to process all such message types
all static information used by these card schemes, such as currency and country codes, member identification numbers, etc.
all reporting and fraud prevention formats required

Support for other local or private card schemes can be added within a short timeframe for a reasonable additional charge.

In addition to payment card products, SmartVista supports access cards that may be used to provide customers with access to their accounts, so that they can enter account transfers and other transactions involving their accounts at self-service banking devices provided by the Issuer for that purpose.
