The SmartVista Processing solution provides true multicurrency support at every level. A list of working currencies will have to be set up for each Institution, with separate GL Accounts for each working currency for the Institution and all its Agent Institutions. All transactions and accounts are held and maintained in their respective currencies, and exchange rates can be flexibly assigned for each pair of Institutions on a daily basis. An exchange rate history is held for reporting and accounting.
