SmartVista Back-Office will automatically generate and produce letters to Customers, as specified in the Customer Contract, such as:

  • Application Approved Letter

  • Application Rejected Letter

  • Card Issued letter

  • Cardholder Dunning Letter

  • Cardholder Info Letter

  • Card Renewal Request Letter

  • Secondary Card Application Approved

  • Secondary Card Application Rejected

  • Account Application Approved

  • Account Application Rejected

  • Corporate Application Approved

  • Corporate Application Rejected

  • Merchant Application Accepted

  • Merchant Application Rejected

  • Merchant Dunning Letter

  • Merchant Info Letter
SmartVista Letters are generated and produced in two phases: first, as a report file that only contains details of letters that will have to be produced and sent to customers as a result of events detected during EOD processing, and second, as fully formatted documents that can be printed out and sent to the customers. Letter content, including the layout and standard text paragraphs, can be easily designed and customised as a Microsoft Word document templates. Letters produced can be sent to a print queue and/or passed as files to an external system that will take care of delivering them to the customer.
