When first issued under a Card Contract, the Card record will have a reference to the Card Reissue Scheme, which will specify the actions to be taken as the card expires. It can be set up to either manual or automatic, with or without a letter of notification to be generated for the Customer a given number of days before the expiry date.

Should the card be lost, stolen or damaged, it can be reissued manually with the same or different PIN.

The standard Card Reissue procedure involves submission and processing of a Card Renewal/Replacement Application.
