The Application Interface File format is open and clearly described in the SmartVista documentation, allowing for easy Application Batch file generation by any external system or by a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel. Once these files a placed in the required directory, SmartVista Back-Office will be ready to process them just as if they were generated using the Application Entry module.
